"Leap of Faith" is a piece described by most as "simply motivational". Chelsea Purnell, the inspiration behind this painting as well as the holder of the original piece, is truly a remarkable woman. Her desire to positively impact the lives of children yet somehow maintain her dream of someday being her own boss has connected and created a heart touching testimony.
Working vigorously and loyally for others her entire life, Chelsea reached a point in her career when she realized the level of potential she possessed completely outweighed the level of growth she could ever achieve by working for others. Equipped with a degree in early childhood development and her divine faith in God, Chelsea took a step, or as it would later be called, a leap that would touch lives far away from her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. She made the decision to start her own childcare center. This decision would eventually bring stability in her life both spiritually and financially, but most importantly gave her the unrestricted ability to help shape the lives of hundreds of kids.
She's earned herself the time and freedom to further her education as she now pursues a degree in Educational psychology. Even now with a superb team of assistants backing her every move, she encourages each of her employees to continue chasing their dreams and never become content with working for anyone, including her. "Leap of Faith" is a true testimony for Chelsea Purnell that she hopes will encourage everyone to take a leap of faith in their own lives.
